WILLIAM PENNOCK

William Pennock, 56, of Minerva died January 13, 2009, in Aultman Hospital from injuries sustained in a snowmobile accident.

Born Jan. 11, 1953, in Minerva, he was a son of Harold and Joan (Jarvis) Pennock of Minerva.

He was a self-employed truck driver for 35 years with Pennock Trucking.  He was a member of the Minerva Eagles #2199 and a social member of the Minerva VFW Post #4120.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving companion, Joyce Taylor; children, Cindi Pennock of Malvern, Michelle Holderbaum of Minerva and Michael Rauvola of Minerva; two stepchildren, Robyn Crowl of Hanoverton and Greg Taylor of St. Petersburg, FL; two sisters, Patti (Don) Gotschall and Amy Jo Pennock of Minerva; seven grandchildren; and a nephew.

Funeral services were held Jan. 17 in Minerva United Methodist Church with Mr. Ralph Norman officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to the church.

Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home of Minerva was in charge of arrangements.
