LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
GEORGE W. MANFULL
DATED: March 19, 1931
I, GEORGE W. MANFULL of Augusta,
County of Carroll and State of Ohio, being of full age and sound
mind and memory, do make publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling any and all
Will or Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM l. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after my decease.
ITEM 2. I give and devise all my property, both personal and
real, of whatsoever kind or description, and wherever located, to my
beloved wife, Emma L. Manfull, so long as she may remain a widow.
At her decease, I direct that my son Kenneth O. Manfull, be given
the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3000.00), and my daughter (Mrs.)
Nova L. Nixon, be given the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00),
after which bequests the residue of my estate shall be divided
equally among my four children, Kenneth O. Manfull, Royal G. Manfull,
Paul J. Manfull, and (Mrs.) Nova L. Nixon, share and share alike.
ITEM 3. Should any of my children, named above, fail to meet
their obligations to me, or to my estate, the amount to which any
has defaulted is to be deducted from his or her portion at the final
settlement.
ITEM 4. I nominate and appoint Kenneth O. Manfull and Royal G.
Manfull Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament, without bond
or compensation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand to this, my Last
Will and Testament at Augusta this 19th day of March, in
the year of our Lord, 1931.

The foregoing instrument was signed by the said in our presence and
by his published and declared as and for his LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT, and at his request and in his presence, and in the
presence of each other, we hereunto subscribe our names as attesting
witnesses at Augusta Ohio this 19th day of March A.D.
1931.

APPLICATION FOR PROBATE OF WILL
OF GEORGE W. MANFULL
Application for Probate and
Waivers of Notice signed by all next-of-kin were presented by Royal
G. Manfull on November 28, 1936. Application states GEORGE W.
MANFULL of Augusta Township, Carroll County, Ohio, died on November
13, 1936 leaving Emma L. Manfull , age 78, his surviving spouse and
the following persons as his only next of kin:
Kenneth O. Manfull, age 59, Son, Augusta, Ohio
Royal G. Manfull, age 46, Son, Augusta, Ohio
Paul J. Manfull, age 44, Son, Augusta, Ohio
Mrs. Nova L. Nixon, age 39, Daughter, 1103 – 4th St, SW,
Canton, Ohio
Will admitted to probate on
December 2, 1936.
