NOVA KINSEY, 71
Nova M. Kinsey, 71, of Andora Rd., Carrollton died peacefully in her
home Saturday, May 30, 2009, following an extended illness.
Born May 28, 1938, in Augusta, she was a daughter of the late Samuel
and Laura Hyatt Kandel.
She was a lifelong resident of Carroll County and held various jobs
during her lifetime. She enjoyed her hobbies including ceramics,
reading and her birds.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, George B. Kinsey, Jr.;
four daughters, Deborah (Ben) Prather of Lisbon, Teresa (Wayne)
Potts of Lowell, MI, Laura (Tim) McNutt of Carrollton and Sonia C.
Reed of Centerville, VA; two sons, George W. Kinsey of Texas and
Robert B. Kinsey of Louisiana; six grandchildren; four great
grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald B. Kinsey and three
sisters, Mary Johnson, Martha Allen and Norma Tingen.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
