Albert Grimes of Augusta passed away Saturday night at 12 o'clock at
the home of his daughter, Mrs. Etta Bettis of that place. He
leaves two children, Mrs. Etta Bettis and J. A. Grimes of Ft. Wayne,
Ind., formerly of Alliance. His wife died fifteen years ago.
He was 78 years old. His health has been failing for some
time. Mr. Grimes was a highly respected citizen. The
funeral services will be held Tuesday. |
