LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
SARAH E. CURRY

Will Dated:  July 9, 1915
Date of Death:  September 7, 1915
Buried:  September 9, 1915, Augusta Cemetery

In the name of the Benevolent Father of All.  Amen.

I, SARAH E. CURRY, of the Township of Augusta, County of Carroll and State of Ohio being about Seventy Seven years of age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling any and all will or wills by me made heretofore:

FIRST:  My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.

SECOND:  I give, devise and bequeath to my son, CHARLES E. CURRY, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) and all my household goods, poultry and buggie.

THIRD:  I give, devise and bequeath to my grand children, MYRTUS G. ELKONS and WALTER CURRY, the sum of One Hundred Dollars each. 

FOURTH:  I give, devise and bequeath the residue of my estate remaining to my sons and daughters:

FIFTH:  I nominate and appoint my son, ADDISON L. CURRY, executor of this my last will and testament.

In testimony whereof I have set my hand to this my last will and testament, at Augusta, Ohio, this 9^th day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Fifteen.
